Okay, I've shamefully neglected this blog. I do have a good reason, though. I made a trans-Pacific move and am now back in Canada for good. Surprised? Around the middle of June I just decided that I'd had enough of Japan, and began working on moving the contents of my apartment and my cat home.
I've been home since August 26th. I was studying for a Japanese language exam, and am now job hunting in Toronto.
Now that we're into 2014, I'm going to try and get the blog going again. Look for more posts in the near future!
Step one is that I'm changing the name of this blog to reflect the fact that this blog is no longer "Japanese." More changes to come!
